Drop your little ones off and enjoy a night out with your significant other this weekend. For only $20 per child, we will watch your children for over four hours and they'll have a blast! Activities include a fun karate class, obstacle course, movie, arcade, inflatable jump castle, pizza and drinks, dodgeball, nerf wars, fun and games, and more!

The best part is, you get to pick up your super tired child, and head back to a home that's as clean as you left it!

2 Pizza slices, 2 cookies and a bottled water are included!

For multiple children, you'll just need to complete an additional form.

By selecting "I agree," I authorize and agree that I am the parent/legal guardian of the child above. I give my child permission to participate in the Coastal Kenpo Karate / Kickin' Kids Afterschool and Summer Camp "Parent's Night Out" fundraiser event. I understand and agree to hold harmless and covenant no to sue Coastal Kenpo Karate, Kickin' Kids After School, it's owners, directors, managers, coaches, sponsors or volunteers, for any injury r loss that may occur to my child as a result of participating in this Parent's Night Out event. I understand that my child will be participating in physical activities such as, but not limited to: Martial Arts, Dance, Cheerleading, Dodgeball, fitness exercises and jumping in an inflatable bounce house with other children and as in any physical activity, there in an inherent risk. I give permission to Coastal Kenpo Karate to seek emergency medical assistance, shoud they deem it necessary and I agree to incur all related costs associated with such assistance. Coastal Kenpo Karate will have your child routed to the nearest available medical provider suggested by the 911 operator. I give my permission for Coastal Kenpo Karate, Kickin' Kids After School to use images and video from this event for promotional purposes of which I will not be compensated. I agree to pick up my child no later than the advertised end time, or I will be charged $1 per minute that I am late. This balance must be paid upon pick up via credit card or cash. By submitting payment, I am agreeing to all terms outlined above.
